Dr Tan Bee Wan is a business woman, social worker, social entrepreneur, lecturer, consultant and volunteer leader. She is currently the Executive Chairman of Integrative Learning Corporation (ILC) Pte Ltd Singapore, a leading international consulting & management development group based in Singapore, and ACE Seniors, a social enterprise with the mission of empowering 50+ years to age successfully with peace of mind. The vision is to enable younger older adults to remain relevant and a source of inspiration for their community.
Prior to her leading Integrative, she was the Executive Director of the Singapore Council of Social Service and the Community Chest of Singapore and Chief Executive Officer of Tsao Foundation. She is currently serving on the CPF Advisory Panel, and is a board member for Asia Philanthropy Circle and the South Central Family Service Centre, where she helps develop a needs-driven and community-owned FSC model. She is an adjunct lecturer for UniSim and Senior Adjunct Lecturer for NUS Business School, Department of Management & Organisation at National University of Singapore .
Bee Wan graduated with a Ph.D. from the National University of Singapore and Master of Social Work from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, USA. Her Ph.D. dissertation is titled, “Research Study On the Trends and Patterns of Corporate Giving to Charities in Singapore.”
